TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This is a TRADE ONLY website.  If you are a retail customer interested in buying our cards or prints, please get in touch via the contact page and we will give you the details of retailers in your locality that stock our cards or we may be able to post out cards directly.

 

AGENTS

We have 8 brilliant sales agents working across the UK.  If you would like to see our cards in person, please get in touch via the contact page and we will give you the details of the agent servicing your territory.

 

INTERNATIONAL ENQUIRIES

If you are an international customer, we’d love to hear from you.  Please contact us via our contact page.  The details below are for our UK customers only.

 

UK PAYMENT

 All prices are in pounds sterling and are exclusive of VAT (20%).  VAT will be automatically calculated at checkout.

For all known accounts your invoice will be on 30 day terms.  For new customers we will issue you with a pro forma invoice and process your order as soon as we have received payment.

Payment is accepted by BACS or cheque.  Our account details will be on the invoice we’ll issue when we have processed your order.

 

UK SHIPPING

Your order will normally be shipped within 6 working days and we will advise you of any delay.

Our minimum order value for UK mainland customers is £80 plus VAT and our carriage paid order value is £120 plus VAT.

Carriage below £120 is charged at £8 plus VAT.

For customers based in Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Shetland Isles, the Isle of Man, and the Isle of Wight our carriage paid order value is £150 plus VAT.  Shipping below this value will be calculated at checkout and included on your invoice.

 

REFUNDS

We are confident that you will be happy with your Louise Mulgrew Designs cards and prints.  If the goods that you receive are damaged, please contact us immediately and we will work hard to resolve the issue.
