Shipping & Returns
Dispatch Times
Orders are dispatched to Royal Mail (excluding bank holidays) on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
United Kingdom
We send all orders using Royal Mail 1st class postage (untracked) which takes approximately 1-2 working days from dispatch.
Returns
We really hope you love your Louise Mulgrew products, however if you are not entirely happy, please contact us to arrange a return or exchange.
Simply email us at hello@louisemulgrew.com within 15 days of purchase, and state your name, order number and the email address that was used to place the order, and we'll be be touch as soon as possible.
